“But The Label Says its Paleo!”

Check out this great article by Amy Kubal on Robb Wolf.com. It discusses the new wave of Paleo “treats” sold online and the importance of eating these goodies in moderation in order to  achieve your health and weight loss goals. Keep in mind, just because its “Paleo”, doesn’t mean its a magic pass to eat it every meal. If you have been working the Paleolithic lifestyle and you are still not hitting your weight-loss goals, take a step back and evaluate what you are eating. Make sure foods like honey, agave, dark chocolate, sweet potatoes, etc are being used in moderation.
